HA! Suckers! You all have to work tomorrow but I don’t! hahahah

I am so happy to have a day off!!! No ACATs … yahooooo! Melissa is officially gone for 3 months (and no Logan (the big head baby) appearance either) so I am sort of on my own … I have to say that the rest of ops has been very nice to me and offered to help and my dawg Dave has been officially recruited to assist me so I should be fine. (operative word there: SHOULD)

What’s been going on?

We went to Rehoboth Beach last weekend for some R&R. It was nice. I got my eyebrows done by the queen at Bad Hair Day salon and also got my hair cut and colored too so I felt all girly and pretty. I had the much lusted after bread pudding at this particular restaurant (for which I had budgeted my calories wisely during the week) and you know what? It totally wasn’t all I remembered it being!! That was happy news for my diet. Now I will have to find something else to lust after (preferably non-caloric!)

Once we got home, I went over to the Godchild of Love’s house where we made Italian cookies but in weird shapes. We had fun doing that and she is definitely a better cookie roller than I am!

I watched the Caps debacle Wed and Thursday night … GAH! After last weeks stellar performance (a shout out there to the POOASS), they go and blow a 2-0 lead in the playoffs. They need to kick it into gear soon!

Anyway, that’s all that’s going on round these parts.
