Well, today was an interesting day … let’s see – what happened, shall we?

1. I went to work and didn’t pass out from a fever at my desk. YEY! This is a good thing. Because yesterday, it was all I could do not to die while I did the morning work. I swear, I feel so totally chained to this desk anymore. But we will go into “Why the hell did I take this stupid fucking job” another day (or perhaps a few items down depending on my mood)

2. I went to see the doctor who gave me some penicillin and for that my ear and I thank him. Now, the dolt who gave me this thing (and he knows who he is but he doesn’t read this site so we shall leave him nameless), well, that’s a different story. One more sickness of this nature this year and he is sleeping on the couch! (oh wait, he does that most of the time already – hmmmm – must think of a real punishment (does cancelling cable while the Flyers are in the playoffs count at all???))

3. For the first time in about 50,000 tries, I actually got through to Don and Mike on their radio show! Wheee! I shall not divulge the topic about which I called since I do have a reputation to protect! Well, I do. Don’t I? YES! Alrighty then. (Ahem) Anyway, I was a good caller, knew when I was on the air – not like some of those morons who call and when Don says “Don and Mike Show” they say ” … uh, am I on?” so score one for me! (or as The Goddaughter of Love says “Go Me!”)

4. Duly noted that my blogging buddies (aTOMic and Twinnie) are back to actual, uh, blogging. There are such things as sabbaticals, dudes, but come on!! (heheh – just giving you both random shit)

Anyway, that’s enough snarkitude for tonight. The meds are kicking in and I think I will go to bed.
