… what is the BFD about the halftime show at the Superbowl? Jeebus lord – you’d think Janet and Justin were getting their freak on the way everyone is reacting. (“Teat-Gate 2004”)
I know it’s “supposed” to be the “family” hour and all that blah blah shut-the-fuck-up-cakes, but get over yourself already. It ain’t the end of civilization as we know it. It happened, woops, they made a bad decision and we all just move on.
I swear. Sometimes “people” just make a big to-do about nothing (to paraphrase Willy Shakespeare).
Jon Stewart’s comments on “The Daily Show” are hysterical! You can see them from the link on comedy central. He is just so snarky. I would love to run off with him (but, alas, I am taken and so is he so dammit.) But, he knows how to bring the snark, that’s for sure.
Work is just hell. It really is. I am deep in the trenches of account transfer and it is not pretty, my friend. No, it’s not. Maybe someone should expose their boobies at my place of employ and see what happens!
Remind me to tell you about my session with Rose Rosetree but it’s late and I spent the last half hour removing friggin spam comments from my blog. Grrrrr.
BTW, a shout out to my buddy Mark – a belated Happy Birthday!! Here’s to at least 47 more!!
I was glad to see at least SOMEBODY (you) be a little bit rational about this. There is clearly something wrong with a society that regularly depicts people being hurt, maimed, and killed on prime time TV (without batting an eye) but gets freaked out by a tit. Crikey! Thanks for the birthday greetings Lisa!
As for the Superbowl, well remember this happened in Texas, the same place where they are prosecuting a woman for selling vibrators and nipple creams.
I couldn’t make up stuff this wacky even if I tried!
