… and I ain’t scared. I said my little prayers asking for the highest good of our nation and am leaving it in better hands than mine (no, not the Repugs, goofball!) to sort it all out. And so it is.

Duty and I will be at the polling place at 6am sharp to vote. As my friend Rich B said: “this is the most important thing I’ve done all year”.

As horrific as four more years of W (and as a lame ass duck preznit at that!) would be to me, if that happened, I trust that there’s some greater lesson we all need to learn. It is my hope, however, that the event that brought him to the White House in 2000 was the catalyst for that lesson and delivers us to the doorstep, four years later, four years smarter.
