I suppose my vehement support of Scott Savol (just don’t even ask why) got me warned on TWOP. That’s a first! Wooo-hoo! It got ug-leeeee in there. I knew when I typed it that it was gonna get snipped but so what. The comments some people make are just appalling and show their inner core of hatred.
This is what one “person” said:
Pigboy has serious issues. I hope his crazy chest thumping “TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT ME NOW, I’LL BE STANDING RIGHT HERE SIMON” thing earns him his well deserved boot next week. I hope he really loses it and all hell breaks loose. Stupid anger management challenged sucker.
Now, I’m all about the snark, but well done snark. This is just plain mean, cruel and IMO, shitty. So, I commented “Well, that was lovely” and some other words and they got snipped and I got warned. The moderator said this: “Don’t talk about the boards on the boards. I agree with your point, but it should be sufficient to move on and make your own point.”
Sigh. I’ve been on TWOP for about 12 million years, mostly in The Sopranos and SFU boards and don’t recall it getting that heated on ANY discussion. Jeebus Henry.
