Another bogging monent…Lisa said I had to put this in. This incident occured on the day I went down to UVA to tell Lauren the bad news that the cancer had returned.

My mommy came down to visit me this afternoon and brief me on all of the above, and after much crying, we got down to some fun! Had good comfort food at Boston Market (MMM, mashed potatoes: is there anything they CAN’T do?) as well as a total “I’m blogging this” moment:

Mom: (orders food)
Cashier: Okay. (rings it all up) Do you want to go to Richmond tonight? $19.03.
Me & Mom: (look at each other awkwardly)
Mom: Um … me?
Cashier: Uh. No. (looks at girl behind Mom) Do you want to go to Richmond tonight? $19.03.
Mom: … Okay.
Girl: Nah.
Mom: Well, me neither!
(We wait for our food.)
Mom: Is this going on your blog?
Me: Do you even have to ask?

Yeah, we were definitely thinking, when did Boston Market start throwing in trips to Richmond with their meals? Anyway. Then we got important television accessories at Wal*Mart so that my TV now WORKS YAY! And then we watched Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and ate Ben & Jerry’s “Marsha Marsha Marshmallow” ice cream. Mmmm. So all in all a good day/night. And Aunt Lisa is coming to visit tomorrow sooo I am very-very excited for that too!
