I have not fallen off the face of the earth, and I, too, share, your frustration with feeling like I am always behind. I will be stealing ideas that show up on this post because it is really starting to feel like I am drowing under all of the weight. However, in a previous post did you say something about TJ and Bad Hair Day? If so, I know where to find her now. She has her own new spa and I think a spa day could be in order. If we are going to be behind in our responsibilities, we might as well look good while we are behind. Call me dahlink!

It can certainly be a circus act that is for sure. I am finally adjusted and getting on top of things after putting myself on a scheule. Mondays and Thursdays are laundry days and if it doesn't get done... it has to weit till the next assigned laundry day. That's one example. Friday's are my Bubble Bath, leave me alone so I can shave my mucho milage evenings. I have learned to demand it and not go to bed Friday nights without it.

Then there is the scheduling of hours. That takes a bit more work and I'm getting used to it. Waking up a bit earlier and multi-tasking helps. I just started "dancing" in my living room. Sometimes I just jog in place for 30 minutes while watching Spongebob Squarepants. Whatever works... it's exercising. Then after my workout 5 days a week I don't just go sit down and rest. No... I take the next 30 minutes to do some sort of "house project" that I don't ordinarily do. In order to "wind down" from my cardio. Today I went outside and cleaned out my car and windexed the windows. Yesterday I hoped up on a chair and re-organized my spice cabinet.

Shit hon... it's been a few weeks and I am already starting to feel back in control around here. Next step... talk to my single mom on welfare neighbor and ask her if she'd like $20 to clean my bathrooms, dust and do my floors once a week. $20-30 bucks is worth it. Merry Maids charges $25/hr and pays their girls $7-10. Skip the middle man... ease the pain. =O)

I can only do it because my children are in school all day. Their nana works for the school system and the bus literally drops them off at her house. They stay there for the hour or so before I get there.

Do you want some cheese with your whine? :)

Well as a professional mother of two small children who works full time in a different state, I will tell you my secret. I goof off. A lot. It helps to completely relieve one's self of any sense of obligation to follow grammatical rules when writing too. Makes the blog entries come out a lot faster! I cant wait to hear the latest updates from the office and I love the new blog!
