We Americans give alright. $20,000 and counting per family for the Iraq War, higher gas prices every day, dangerous toys that can kill our children, lower wages, medical care we can’t afford, people who hate us more and more around the world, the guilt from having killed a hell of a lot of people we didn’t need to, the prospect of having to send troops into Pakistan, and on and on….
