… taking a break from all the Cookie love and festivities to send love out in honor of Lauren’s 22nd birthday. Last year this time, Cousin O’Love and I were in Florence, Italy looking for reminders that she was with us on our journey (and we found them, of course!). I wish I were back there still, I wish she were back here still and I wish it was all just a bad dream. But I’m not, she’s not and it’s not. So I carry her in my heart and keep moving forward through my life.
