Apparently, my coach thinks I need to work on integration and whatnot. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I’ve got tons and tons of information bulging out my ears but have a much harder time bringing it down into the physical. For some reason, she thinks doing puzzles would be a good exercise for me. Alrighty.
I’ve never done a puzzle in my life (for reals!) so I went to the dollar store and got one – 150 pieces. Piece of cake, right? Uh no. I spent 30 minutes last night and got all of 20 pieces together before I couldn’t stand it and had to bail. And yes, I know this is why she’s having me do the actual puzzle. I will note that it was an interesting meditative experience because while I was doing it, my mind wasn’t wrapping around itself being all spazzy. Perhaps there’s something to this after all. (She’s a WONDERFUL coach.)
I did four readings last night for people and sent them off. The Guides were hella chatty too. I’m always interested in seeing how each person’s Guides come through. One person’s was really forceful – they were adamant that she stop procrastinating and JUST DO IT already! She seemed to know exactly what they were talking about and perhaps that was the nudge she needed. I could do these all night but then I get really up in the high vibrations and it’s hard to come back down and go to sleep. I closed my eyes at 11:15, woke up again at 11:25 and was awake until almost 1am. Ick. That won’t do.
No readings or puzzles for me tonight – it’s all about the hair! :-) That usually takes about two hours so by the time he leaves (yes, the guy who does my hair comes to my house because I am just that special), I don’t have a whole lot of time to goof off. I think I will need to do the readings earlier in the evening.
That’s all for now, kids!
A hair housecall? I am so jealous. He wouldn’t happen to look like Warren Beatty in Shampoo, would he?
