Oh my! Is it Wednesday already? I completely forgot what damn day it was. Has anyone besides me noticed how the days are speeding up even more than usual? I feel like Sunday night bleeds right into the following weekend and the week goes by in a blur.
1. How have you totally impressed yourself, turned yourself on, pleased yourself, or otherwise created magic lately? That’s a BRAG.
Probably not a good day to ask me this as I am completely and utterly unimpressed with my damn self. Let me search my memory banks to come up with something. (BIG PAUSE) Umm, I managed not to whine about being asked to make UPS labels for several packages despite feeling like I’m someone’s minion. My angels had to work overtime telling me to SHHHHH! my mouth. But I did. So, yey for me shutting my mouth!
2. For what are you thankful? What blessings are right here? What blessings are on their way and you want to give thanks in advance? And what currently-challenging situations in your life are you going to affirm as blessings in shit-brown wrappers? Those are GRATITUDES, or “grats” for short.
I am thankful that our pool FINALLY got in shape for the summer. Took Duty and Greg lots and lots of work, chemicals and cash money from our bank account to make it that way. I was no help at all.
3. And what are you craving? Yearning for? Realizing the world needs? What marching orders from the universe are written on your heart in the form of desires? From wanting “this headache to go away” to yearning “to know my divinity” to realizing “I want to be a mother,” no DESIRE is too big, too small, too “selfish” or too far-reaching.
Right now? I desire some ideas for PI blogging and my mojo back. It done left me for good, Myrtle. Well, it hasn’t but it feels that way. I wants my mojo back. Oh, and a decent cosmopolitan. And Hal. (Who has laryngitis, btw. I’ll nurse him back to health. heh)
Jump into the fray with your own Brags, Grats and Desires. I wanna hear some wild ones from all three of my readers!
:-)
I am GRATEFUL that you are out there, being all thoughtful and supportive. The blogosphere is full of those you have touched, and you should be proud of that.
Brag: I'm probably smarter than I realize.
Grat: Ali, my stern teacher and one of my primary spirit guides right now.
Desire: Money to buy a house.
