But I would never, ever abandon my little blog-baby!  And my FOUR blog friends! Nevah!  I guess Snarkypants isn’t a baby anymore – she’s a rockin’ eight year old now.  Still. There will be NO abandonment.

So, yeah.  I’ve gotten a couple new coaching clients and between that and trying to upgrade and work on PI, not to mention doing other things (more on that in a moment), I’ve run out of time for now.  Here’s the fun thing.  There is a site called Datewrecks that I’ve mentioned periodically.  Along with LOLcats, it’s my happy place on the interwebs because it dissects personal ads found on Craigslist and other places with heaping doses of snark.  I’ve laughed so hard I cried at some of the entries there.  

Well, Jami, the proprietor of DW was getting seriously burnt out and decided to close down the place.  Many of us who were horrified at that mere thought jumped in along with Jami to create a new site called “Your Wrecks” – people can submit stories of their sucky dates and whatnot.  We’re still working out the details but hope to have it up and running soon.   It’s actually pretty fun getting it going and it will be neat learning how to work with a group on a blog like that.

Also, too:  remember the co-worker who indirectly called me “the devil in disguise”?  She moved to a different desk in the back and it’s made a world of difference in my mood.  I don’t know if we didn’t blend well together energetically (what with me dragging around my Satan energy and all) or if we just had a bad dynamic going but I feel like I’ve been freed from prison or something.  I don’t see her very much now, don’t have to interact with her often and it’s made me happier.  I think part of it is  (as I once mentioned) she embodies a shadow side of myself that I really don’t like and each interaction between us reminded me of the person I was (at least in a small way) a long time ago and it rubbed me the wrong way.    Whatever it is, it’s shifted now and things are better for me.  (Probably her too because there were times, I’m ashamed to say, when I took out my bad mood on her and even though I promptly apologized, that’s not right and it’s not who I am. So, she’s free to be herself now too.)

Oh – “Tour of Duty now with 70% more artery room” will take place this Friday.  Since he will not be having a heart attack at the same time, we expect all will go well.  He’s felt so much better since the last procedure – that’s really been a blessing. (As is our medical insurance – Tricare, we love you!)  I’ll be there with him on Friday so send out a good thought or a prayer if you think of it.
