LOL As if anyone who knows me wouldn’t have figured that out, right? As a child, my nickname was Motor Mouth and yeah, get me started on a few topics and I’ll talk your ear off.
Which is why I am a fabulous woo teacher.
And why I am very happy teaching my Level One Professional Intuitive class these days. I get to lay out what I think are the important pieces of this work (from “how to be a good intuitive” to “five things you must have to run a business” parts) and why.
On a side note, I see why radio talk show hosts talk over people who call in (which drives me insane, btw. You have 3+ hours to talk – let this person say their stuff before you butt in!!) – once you get rolling on your topic of choice, it’s hard to create space for others to chime in and if you talk for a living, even harder.
I have a modicum of empathy now where I did not before. Still, I don’t like it (in myself or others).
What I really like about how I teach (LOL) is that I am truly open to people taking what I share and making it their own.
I’ve worked with teachers (who created beautiful energetic healing modalities) and ended up clashing with them because they were *very strict* about how that modality was used. If you didn’t spend 300 hours in a class with them and received approval from the High Supreme Commander (them), well, don’t even THINK about using it. Really? That’s bullshit. It’s intuitive work, not f’ing surgery.
So, I am totally open to and happy with giving my students lots of information and helping them blend and mold that into something that fits them right where they are. I really want each person to bloom into the best ‘them’ they can be under my guidance. As with my clients, when they do well, it just makes my heart happy. Helping people see their highest potential from where they are and begin taking steps to get there – well, that’s part of my work here in this lifetime.
