So yeah, it begins here. My first Blogathon. Oh yes, I’d heard of it and it seemed like a nice idea if I ever got around to it. Guess what? I actually got around to it! Again, thanks and many, many props to the sweet Mollie for nudging me ever so gently to follow through on my ideas. One of the themes I’ve chosen for this Blogathon is spotlighting Lauren, the one and only Goddaughter of Love. She passed away from Ewing’s Sarcoma on March 5 of this year. Lauren got me into blogging back in 2002 and so I honor her memory with my words and share some of HER words with you during this 24 hour period. She was a wonderful young woman and I cannot even begin to put into words how much I miss her. And it is for this reason that I am glad she has three years of blogging out there in cyberspace so I can go back and “hear” her voice whenever I want. Now you can, too.

STRESS! STRESS! ? 9:42 pm ?
Ah so yes, we just got home about 5 minutes ago. Guess homework is not getting done, and I will definitely not be studying for Physics tonight. Too bad. Must unpack and SLEEP. 4 days in a row of amusement parks gets to be not so amusing. And look, the poor website died while I was away! Didn’t you guys remember to feed it? P.S., this week is going to be kind of sucky because of all the STUFF going on, and then next weekend MUST be all about my government paper and millions of college essays. Wish me luck!
