I was surfing a few blogs this evening to escape having to be all analytical about the world going to hell and whatnot, when I came upon Shelli’s blog. I decided to “borrow” her meme of three which was passed on from Mr. Fab (and if you haven’t read his blog, it’s pretty funny!).
BTW, thanks for the comments on my rant earlier. It felt good getting that out. (And twinnie, blogging IS what I do to lower my blood pressure so worry not!) – and OOOOH! Good discussion going on in that post too! Thanks, Leanne, for offering a different point of view. It really is appreciated!
Things that scare me: Looking like a fool in public, most roller coasters, snakes (on a plane or anywhere else!)
People who make me laugh: Eddie Izzard, MissyEmma, Midjull the cat when he falls into the tub
Things I hate the most: being around any kind of barfing (even my own), misplaced apostrophes, that La isn’t here to email me (about barfing and misplaced apostrophes)
Things I am doing right now: Listening to a Reiki cd, writing this and wondering what I can eat.
Things I want to do before I die: write a book, go to Sedona, visit Italy
Things I can do: Write, love with my whole heart, speak with angels
Ways to describe my personality: Genuine, goofy, loving
Things I can’t do: fit in my skinny jeans (YET!), any math beyond simple calculations, detach my emotions from my life
Things I think you should listen to: rain, the ocean, Sade (I love her music!)
Things you should never listen to: idiots in Applebees discussing the reasons they adore Ann Coulter (UGH, don’t ask, mmmkay?), the sounds of gunfire, babies screaming in bookstores
Things I’d like to learn: HTML so I can work on my blog without requiring the help of 100 people, Italian so I can get us around next year, how to be organized and less cluttery
Favorite Foods: Brownies with walnuts, twisty pasta in meat sauce, hard crabs
Beverages I drink regularly: Coffee with cream and splenda, crystal light, diet pepsi
TV Shows I watched as a kid: Partridge Family, Get Smart, I Love Lucy
Things I don’t understand: Why anyone still thinks Bush and Co. are acting in the best interests of the United States, country music, and why people wear socks with any kind of sandals but most especially this kind:
OH! And I am getting ready to send out my newsletter for “The Healing Change” for September. The website is under construction but it’s out there so feel free to stop by. Look for an unveiling at the end of September and some nifty stuff to go along with it!
If you’d like to be on my newsletter mailing list, please send an email to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will add you on. Thanks! :)
