Mom and Lauren are making Italian cookies together now

November 21, 2006 Written by Lisa

Mom passed away peacefully this morning and went to hang out with Lauren, Daddy, Grandma and Grandpa. I sent her off with a bunch of love and a wish to give them all big ass hugs when she sees them.

Thank you ALL who have been so loving in thought and spirit as I was going through this. I feel well loved and supported and I know I had angels helping me with that. :)

I’m off to shower and make plans for the services. As the official eulogy writer in the family, I got stuff to do! She was dictating it to me last night so I need to check lyrics and make sure I name all those who mattered so very much to her (but do I have to say George W. Bush?? AACK!)

Lisa, belated condolences on your mother’s death. My heart goes out to you and your family. Terri send her condolences too. I know you will go through a lot of feelings. I went through them a year ago myself. Please feel free to lean on me to help you through this.

    Love,

    Mark

Muchos sorry to hear about your loss, dear.

I’m naturally sending hugs your way, but feel free to leave them on the side for later if you’re a bit swamped with them at the moment. ;)

Hi Lisa, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. Donna called me early this morning and then I called my Mom. I have alot of fond memories of your Mother – she was always so kind to me. I work with someone named Frank Ayd…he used to live mext door to your Grandparents and your Mom used to babysit for him. We just put it all together about a month ago. He sends his best. Take care of yourself; you’ve had a hard year to say the least. God bless you. Love, Mary Anne (and Greg and Jack too)

    Oh sweetie …

I am at a complete loss for what to say. Again, I stand in total awwe at your strength, humor and grace as you faced yet another loss in your life. Even in the hardest of times, yoou were a great daughter and I know that Mama Ro’ knew she was loved. What more could anyone ask?

Know that I am with you in spirit, holding your hand, whispering in your ear …

    I love you!
    Cathy
