And I’m totes not starving! One thing I know about my own self is that when I’m ready, I’m ready. And kids, after all this whining and complaining about the chubs, I am soooo ready. And so, Paleo food plan it is!
Duty is having a harder time with it but I think that’s because he’s following me into this and it’s not his own decision. He’ll get on board (or not) but anything that he does in that direction will help him a hundredfold. So, it’s all good.
This is a bit tougher (for me) than my modified Atkins experiment in 2003. Why? Because no dairy, that’s why! And no sweeteners (artificial or otherwise) and I am missing my coffee! I can have tea with almond milk, I suppose, but it’s not the same. Thus far, I’m drinking plain tea.
Also too: cooking. I haz been doing it! I haz not loved it but I hate starving more. This is so not a menu of convenience, kids. Gotta plan for your foods.
So, here I am. Welcome to Day 2!
So now you are on Day 7. Results??
But at least you get food….not just lemonade which is always my standby :(
